The board has arranged for Waste Management to bring in a 30 yard dumpster the weekend of April May 21-25 for resident use. This is a good opportunity to get rid of that crud that collects all winter long!If the dumpster is full please don't heap it up, or leave things on the ground. We can arrange for a second one if the dumpster fills up fast...
The bin will be located in the open lot between 11548 and 11566 20th street as Oakland was kind enough to allow use of their property for the weekend. Please note this is NOT the dumpster next to the house under construction. We don't have everyone's email address (we are ALMOST there) so if you bump into your neighbors this week please let them know.
PLEASE NOTE: You can not dispose of any of the following items. If you do, we will be fined and will not repeat this next year.
