Garbage Pickup

Holiday Contest

Thanks to everyone in the neighborhood for their fantastic holiday decorations. It is nice to drive down the street and see all the houses glowing. Chris took photos of all the houses which you can find in the gallery. We narrowed the field down to three for purposes of voting - so cast your votes (on the right) for your favorite who will receive $50. One vote per household (batteries not included, some restrictions apply).

Holiday Decorating Contest

Happy Holidays!

To start off the holiday season, the TLCR II Home Owners Association would like to announce the first Holiday Home Decorating contest.

The selected winner will receive $50.00.

We will select the top three houses and put them up for a vote on this site on December 17th with voting closing on the 23rd. As this notice is going out via email and we are missing the following families email addresses, please enlighten them!

Quarterly Meeting

The 2008 neighborhood meeting calendar has been set. We will be sending reminders out 2 weeks prior to each meeting.

Special topic of note is that Dan Wilmot (Treasurer) has his one year term expire May 1st so we will be holding an election for his replacement during the April session.

Monumental Adornment

We want to say thanks to the Silvers for picking up some fall decorations and sprucing up our monument. It's a good pick-me-up to carry us through to spring when we hope to the the neighborhood involved in a monument overhaul!

September 27th Meeting

The Association meeting last week was lightly attended but was helpful to us board members as an introduction to the types of information our neighbors are looking for. The high level agenda of the discussion covered these areas:

• Neighborhood Update
• Turnover Information
• Financial Update
• Neighborhood Projects
• Ordinance Discussion
• Open Forum

There was a fair amount of feedback on the finances as the association has a growing accounts receivable balance. The feedback we got was that payments of many of the members seems to be going to the wrong place. Please validate your payments are going to the right place.

Other feedback resulting in to-do's for the board are sending out bi-annual invoices to everyone and scheduling board meetings every three months to grow community involvement.

The other take-away was Brenda Blank offered to collect email information from all the homeowners to allow for easier communication to everyone, so please help her out if you see her.
